The installation of the regulating valve should be a key issue to pay attention to, the quality of the installation is directly related to the use of the regulating valve. What issues should be paid attention to in the installation process?

1 Before the installation of the regulating valve, the dust accumulated during storage must be carefully removed and kept clean during installation. Dust can damage the valve seat and inner parts. To keep it clean, a cover plate is usually installed at the end of the flange that has not been welded on the same day.

2. When the regulating valve is installed, the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the direction of the medium flow.

3. The regulating valve is a precision component, and if they are subjected to the force of pipeline deformation, it will affect the normal operation. Therefore, the flange and pipeline installation should be vertical and accurate to avoid pipeline deformation, and the pipeline should be properly supported to prevent it from bending and deformation under the weight of the valve.

When installing control valves with pipelines, extra care is required. If the control valve and pipeline are not welded properly, stress can remain unrelieved, leading to deformation. During welding, it is crucial to prevent welding slag from entering the valve, as it can impair its performance. If welding slag splashes onto the valve core, it can either directly affect the valve's operation or cause damage to the valve core and seat.

5 When the pipeline is under test and blown, the regulating valve should be removed and connected with the corresponding straight pipe section to prevent welding slag and other debris from being stuck between the valve core and the valve seat. The opening flange end of the removed regulating valve should be wrapped with plastic cloth firmly.
